I provide professional documentation support to veterinary practices and clinics across the United States.My services include:1. Veterinary Transcription - The traditional approach where I transcribe a medical record based on a straight dictation submitted by the veterinarian.2. AI-Generated Transcript Editing & Review - A veterinarian who is already using an AI scribe does not have to abandon the use of an AI scribe to get service from Polyglot Transcripts. I can simply review the audio file and the AI-generated transcript, then make corrections as needed.3. Asynchronous Scribing - This is for veterinarians that prefer to record the visit in real-time. The audio file is then submitted to me to draft the medical record, which is then forwarded back to the veterinarian for their final review and sign-off.4. Hybrid - This is a great solution for notes that have both a traditional dictation and asynchronous scribing component. An example of this would be a busy emergency veterinary practice where the client communication is recorded in real-time but diagnostic imaging interpretation is straight dictation.Polyglot Transcripts has experience with all of the above.
How It Works
Getting professional documentation support doesn't have to be complicated.1. Tell Me How I Can HelpComplete my intake form and tell me about your practice, business, or documentation needs.I can also arrange a Google Meet videoconference if you would prefer to talk about your documentation needs.2. Send Your MaterialsAfter all of the paperwork is signed and service is established, send me your source materials (whether that be audio, AI-generated transcripts, practice templates, etc.)3. I Handle the DocumentationRegardless of which service you select, I draft veterinary medical records that use appropriate medical terminology and read like a professional report.Note: If AI-generated transcript review and editing is what we agree to, this service does not typically involve rewriting the entire medical record.4. Receive Your Completed DocumentationAfter I finish your records, I send them back to you, the clinic, or the agreed-upon POC for final review.

All notes are stored locally on my device until they are ready to be submitted to the veterinarian/POC for final review and sign-off.How do I get started?The best way to do this is to complete my intake form and tell meabout your documentation needs. I'll review your information and determine the appropriate service and next steps. Standard turnaround is generally 24–48 hours, depending on the service and other requirements.Do you offer ongoing services for veterinary practices?Yes. Veterinary practices can use individual chart services or practice volume plans. Volume pricing begins at 25 charts per month, with additional charts billed at the applicable individual chart rate. Rush and priority service may also be available for an additional surcharge.
